We cannot change the external working environment of blasting, nor can we change the dust generated during the blasting process, but we can reduce the dust by changing the way of blasting. To protect the health of blasting workers, you need a good abrasive nozzle.

Many people are wondering how to choose a good abrasive nozzle.

1.       High blast efficiency?

2.       Easy to install and use?

3.       You should not ignore choosing one for workers with fewer health hazards!

BSTEC Water Induction Nozzle, also called WIN Nozzle, is a simple yet very effective dustless solution. The system works as well as any wet abrasive blasting equipment, requires no special blasting apparatus, and uses only a modest amount of water. During the blasting process, the abrasive is encapsulated by the water. Rather than the dust of the coating being airborne, the abrasive is trapped and falls to the ground. This keeps you in a dust-free working environment even in hot weather, without bounding by heavy protective clothing.

The key of the abrasive nozzle is the nozzle liner. The nozzle liner of BSTEC Water Induction Nozzle is made of 100% virgin boron carbide material. After being formed at 2100 degrees high-temperature hot-pressing, they achieve high compactness, which brings high hardness and wear resistance. Its service life is 1.5 times that of ordinary composite boron carbide nozzles, which is more than 3 times that of silicon carbide nozzles. The double air inlets design not only saves gas, but also greatly improves blasting efficiency and shortens your working time. Unlike traditional abrasive blasting methods, the wet blasting mode of water induction nozzles does not generate any toxic blasting dust, and does not even require wearing a full blasting protective suit, allowing you to have better visibility during blasting, thereby reducing the possibility of an accident.

In BSTEC, you can find the most popular sizes of water induction blast nozzle in both 2″ -4 1/2 U.N.C. (50mm) coarse Contractor thread and 1-1/4” N.P.S.M. fine thread.
