1.     Product Features and Application Scope

Internal Pipe Coating should be used in equipment with our airless sprayer, it can spray various pipes with inside diameters from Ø50 to Ø300mm. It uses the high-pressure paint transported by an airless sprayer, then atomized in tuba form/conic shape and moves along the pipe’s inner surface to finish spraying the pipe’s inner surface through UPST-1 Internal Pipe Sprayer.

 

Paints viscosity should be not higher than 80 seconds (No.4 Ford Cup), if the viscosity is higher than 80 seconds, it should be added solvent.

5.     How to Use

1)    Matched using this internal sprayer with an airless sprayer. As for the application method, please refer to Fig.2.

2)    Pull from one end of the pipe to be sprayed towards another end by hooking UPST-1 Sprayer to a wire.

3)    Start the airless sprayer and input high-pressure paint into the hose, and then press the trigger of SPQ-2, tuba form shaped paints will be spraying. Pull the UPST-1 with uniform speed to spray the pipe’s inner surface from one end to another.

4)    We supply 0.4 and 0.5 type nozzle, 0.5 Nozzle is spraying thicker firm than 0.4 Nozzle. 0.5 type nozzle is standard on UPST -1 machine.

5)    After spraying, lift the suction pipe of the sprayer from the paint bucket. Open the 3 discharging valves to operate the sprayer pump; discharge the residual paint in the pump, filter, high-pressure hose, and UPST-1 Sprayer (the nozzle of UPST-1 Sprayer can be dismantled). Then, add solvent no-load circulation to clean the interior of the pump, filter, high-pressure hose, UPST-1 Sprayer, and nozzle.

6)    After spraying, the device should be washed and cleaned in time. Otherwise, the paint will solidify or even block, which is hard for cleaning.

7)    When delivery, there is slight machine oil in the machine. Please clean with solvent first before using. If unused for a long time, add some machine oil into the system to prevent corrosion.

8)    Flow limitation ring is mounted behind the nozzle. Generally, it doesn’t need to install as it may influence the atomization effect. Unless you want very thin paint film, you can add a flow limitation ring.
